Beautiful straw yellow and unfiltered IPA from Polish Browar Minister. The beer has a clear and fresh hop profile with aromas of sweet tropical fruits such as peaches, apricots and pineapple. The beer has a pleasant creamy mouthfeel, reminiscent of a milkshake - hence the name of the beer style. In the aftertaste, the beer has a suitable bitterness that nicely balances the sweet fruit nuances and makes this beer a delicious treat in the summer heat.

Copenhagen 15/8 2021. 50 cl bottle from Meny, Vermlandsgade, Kbh. S. Pink label with the Minister himself throwing beer around, three people disguised as a cow and a cat drinking milk through a very long straw.
Pours opaque, hazy and slightly dirty yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as 0,5 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, fruity and lactic odor mingling with a very light citric scent. Sweet pale malts. Peach and mango. Lactose. A light whiff of lime.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, watery, soft, smooth, silken texture. Lightly tingling.
Flavor is medium intense with a fairly strong sweetness followed by a moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is lightly tart with a strong sweet undertone. Finish is semi-dry.
Sweet like a Milkshake but avoids getting cloying by a persistent tart bitterness.
