Pinky Day Guava Milkshake IPA from Brewer Minister is a bitter beer with the addition of pink guava pulp. Despite its noticeable bitterness, it's incredibly refreshing.
Perfect for hot days.

Copenhagen 27/6 2021. 50 cl bottle from Meny, Rotunden, Hellerup. Light green label with a couple of crazy sceneries. Three people disguised ad cow, a yellow cat slurping milkshake with a long straw and the Minister tossing beer into a glass.
Pours opaque, hazy, slightly dirty, golden yellow with a small bubbly white head. Settles as thin, creamy, layer of foam. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sugary, sweet odor og tropical fruit and lactose. Strawberry, peach and mango. Lime and lemon. A bit more subdued.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a strong sweetness followed by medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish. Lingers for a while. Finish is sweet and a bit sticky.
More Milkshake than Indian Pale Ale.
