Copenhagen 15/6 2021. 50 cl bottle from Meny, Rotunden, Hellerup. Purple label with the Minister riding a salt canister with a yellow dog in tow. A poor Passion Fruit getting milked in the background.
Pours murky golden yellow with a small white head. Disappears after a few seconds leaving what looks like a multi-fruit juice behind. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet fruity odor of tropical fruit mingling with a light whiff of salty licorice. Sweet passion fruit, orange lemonade and elderflower.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, slightly sticky, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong sourness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a light salty tang. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry and a bit tart.
Quite strong flavoring but it fits very well with the light saltiness.
