A light bubbly beer. Fresh thirst quencher, with a light malty body. Mild sweet taste, with notes of summer flowers.
Good with light dishes, fish or at New Year's Eve. Can also be enjoyed ice cold on the terrace.

Odense 20/7 2021. 50 cl bottle from Vinoble, Centrumpladsen, Svendborg. Stylized illustration from the H. C. Andersen fable The Princess and the Pea.
Pours slightly unclear, golden yellow with a small white head. Disappears after half a minute leaving an unhealthy urine sample behind. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with a sour, sharp scent. Sweet pale malts, cardboard and oxidized apples. Light whiff of citrus.
Light carbonation. Thin, watery, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sugary sweetness followed by a moderate sourness. Aftertaste is sweet and reminds me of aspartame. Lingers for a bit. Finish is sweet and artificial.
They call it a “ChampagneBeer” on the label. This is more a flat cup of Shampanskoye.
