This Pale Ale is a real thirst quencher, with its golden color and light body, it is a great match for a hot summer day or a nice lunch.
The Cascade hops give the beer a fresh bitterness with a touch of flowers and citrus.
Enjoy Lille Idas Blomster - chilled in a glass.

Odense 19/7 2021. 50 cl bottle from Vinoble, Centrumpladsen, Svendborg. Stylized illustration of one of the lesser known H.C. Andersen fables Little Ida’s Flowers”.
Pours clear, golden amber with a big white head. Bubbly. Settles as 0,3 cm thick layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, malty odor mingling with butter and light citric notes. Caramel and toffee. Lemon and hints of floral fields. Distracting scent of butter.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet with a bitter undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Decent take on a English Pale Ale but I could do without the butter smell.
