Nice restaurant and contract brewery in the heart of historic Toledo. The space is extensive with several rooms below street level. A sizable menu offers modern options with classic takes on local gastronomy. For instance, their carcamusa or their assorted croquettes are notable.
A good drinking menu prioritizes their Buenaventura beers, which I understand are custom contracted for them by Domus, Toledo. In addition to the drafts they offer several bottled options from Domus and a few mainstream breweries alongside other drinks and refreshments.
The modern interior design is nicely done refurbishing the exposed brick spaces with flair. Nicely lit spaces include display cabinets and glass floors giving visual access to the foundations and areas with custom-made rocky textures. The main toilets are the highlight with their group of single pods and reflective mirror atmosphere attracting and amusing patrons.
Staff is professional and attentive making for a pleasant experience throughout. The venue makes for a nice lunch or dinner stop while in Toledo.
