Mosaic IPA is brewed exclusively with pilsner malt. The hops are dominated by Mosaic, which has a complex citrus flavor (including mango, citrus, tropical fruit, stone fruit and pine aroma), complemented by Citra, which contributes citrus and tropical fruit notes.

Copenhagen 29/12 2021. 44 cl can from Beerlivery web-shop. Can in two shades of blue with a stylized hop flower in the center.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a huge white head. Stable. Settles as uneven, lumpy layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is intense despite the foam. Sweet tropical fruit mingling with citric scents. Subdued peach and pineapple. A more potent scent of lemon and grapefruit. Almost acerbic.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is a bit thin and bitter. Pleasant sweet undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is fairly dry.
Pleasant and smooth take om a single hoop Indian Pale Ale.
