Copenhagen 16/8 2025. 75 cl bottle with a cork stopper from Drik Beer web-shop.. Simple white label with the name on beer and brewery. And little black boar.
Pours unclear, murky, dirty amber with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as a thin rim of foam running along the side of the glass. No lacing .
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of ripe stone fruit mingling with an acerbic, tart scent, Sweet plums and peach. Tart gooseberries. Light touch of vinegar.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong fruity sweetness followed by a medium strong tart sourness. Aftertaste is tart and a little bit sharp Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Not too tart plum-based fruit beer.
