Copenhagen 23/8 2025. 75 cl bottle wirh a cork stopper. Simple white label with the little drawing of a dense boar and thee name of beer and brewery.
Pours opaque murky amber with a small white head. Bubbly. Setles as a thin patch of foam floating in the middle of the glass. No lacking.
Aroma is intense with a perfumed odor of sweet fermented berries mining with a tart, sour scent blackberries and currants. A bit of sugar. Tart gooseberries. A touch of vinegar. Acerbic.
Rather strong carbonation. Thin, oily, soft yet lively and a bit tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong fruity sweetness followed by a medium strong tart sourness. Aftertaste is tart with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is dry.
Fine sour berry punch.
