Golden colour with a delicate haze. White head, very high and persistent. Leaves little residue.
The aroma is strong and intense, with hoppy notes bringing a bouquet of citrus fruits.
The taste is slightly sweet, more acidic with a distinct bitter counterpoint. The hoppy bitterness has a grapefruit character.
The carbonation is excessively high, which is probably the main problem with beers from this brewery. Medium body. Almost smooth texture. Medium-long finish, sour with a bitter backbone.
