Straw-coloured, golden, clear. White foam, medium and fine bubbles, high, with medium-long durability.
The aroma is slightly sour, grainy, somewhat earthy, fruity, herbal. It seems to be very refreshing.
The flavour is distinctly sour (lemon), with a slightly salty background. The acidity is moderately high, giving it lightness and a pleasant refreshment.
Medium plus carbonation. Low body. Soft texture. Long sour aftertaste, slightly salty.
