Hops: Chinook/Saaz
Malt: Pale/ Caramel/Choko/Black
Powerful oily bold body, appears black with dense foam, the taste is sweet with a hint of dry bitterness and licorice.

Copenhagen 27/ 2 2023. 50 cl bottle. Gift from my in-laws traveling in Jutland. Simple white label with basic information about the beer.
Pours opaque, dark brown with a big beige head. Stable. Settles as 2 cm thick, fluffy, layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with an earthy scent. Dark roasted malts, brown sugar. Humid soil and leather. Licorice and dark chocolate.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingering. Finish is rather dry.
Intense, potent and not too sweet.
