Pours a fairly clear yellow with fine head.
Smell is tart and mineral with notes of apple, pear, lime and white wine.
Taste is tart and mineral with notes of pear, apple, white wine, grapes, lime, citrus peel and apricot.
Mouthfeel is medium with frothy carbonation.
Overall, a very nice, interesting sour.
