Dark brown colour, cloudy (no reflections). Light beige head, fairly low but persistent. Very thick, creamy consistency, made up of micro bubbles. Paints nicely on the glass.
Aroma: roasted malt, coffee, dark chocolate, with a hint of dark, dried fruit. In the background, there are accents of honey and "honey" figs. However, the intensity of the aroma is only moderate.
The taste is dominated by roasted, coffee bitterness. It is distinct, intense, long and quite high.
The alcohol is perfectly hidden. High carbonation, sparkling - personally, I find this distracting. Medium body (unfortunately). Smooth texture. Long, dry, roasted, coffee aftertaste.
