500 ml bottle, from the Danish importer. ABV is 6.5%. Clear deep golden colour, huge white head. Sweetish aroma, more like 6.5% Czech lager than an IPA, notes of flowers, hints of oranges. Fairly sweet flavour, some oranges, caramel and alcohol, followed by a surprisingly sharp and very bitter medicinal finish. Unbalanced. Did not like this one much.

Bought at a Supermrket in Olomouc (Moravia, Czech Republic). Halfliter bottled poured into a glass.
-Pours a copper/reddish colour. Decent 2 mm foam head that leaves traces. After a while it becomes less thick.
-Wooden penetrant smell. Herbal/flora. Less and less potent after a while.
-Bitter taste that notices itself for long.
-Crispy though not very carbonated.
Good, though maybe not my cup of tea.

Copper color with a huge thick head with great retention and a wall of laces.
Aroma with notes of matured pineapple, some caramel, peaches, biscuit and papaya.
Flavor with notes of grapefruit, pine, caramel, tea leaves, tangy and earthy hops, lemon drops and toasted malts. Dry and bitter aftertaste.
Medium body with appropriate carbonation.
Traditional English IPA recipe with grapefruit and tea notes. Nothing that stand out.

Poured from bottle into tulip, 2 finger off white head recedes to a pool after a few minutes, good lacing. Clear amberish golden in the glass. Smells slightly of caramel, mostly of herbal/floral hops, good nose. Taste is initially sweet malt, some toffee/caramel, earthy floral hops shine in the middle, finishes a little on the sweet side, but has a solid bitterness that reigns it in. Mouthfeel is full, syrupy on the palate.

Served this in a room temp rinsed glass from the bottle at 39d. This is my 2nd review from BeerMonthClub and Malt of the Earth. This is an excellent beer that if you went to a local (Concord, Ca) czech/eastern European market you'd hope to find, but probably never would. I'd easily get a corny full of this in my kegerator, gladly serve at a restaurant. Perfect amount of alcohol, gets better with food and better as you let it chill.

A: The beer is clear light amber in color and has a moderate to high amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a two finger high off white head that gradually died down, leaving a short head covering the surface and lots of thick lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of herbal hops are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and is dominated by flavors of herbal hops and also has some hints of spicy hops towards the finish. There is a moderate amount of bitterness and some hints of caramel and toasted malts.
M: It feels medium-bodied and somewhat crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This IPA is quite hoppy, but if you're not a big fan of herbal hops their flavors might be too intense for you.

Clear dark golden color with off-white head. Aroma has toasted malt and some herbal hop notes. Taste starts with toasted malt sweetness, continues with yeast notes, quite belgian in character and finishes with harsh herbal bitterness. Medium body and carbonation. Not your typical IPA for sure.
