Salvation is a full hearted belgian style quadrupel. Sweat and heavy.
With notes of raisins, and a big mouthfeel that lasts.

Copenhagen 1/11 2024. 50 cl bottle from Marius Mortensens Eftf., Frisegade, Nykøbing F. Dark brown label with white letters with a tagline and neme of beer and brewery.
Pours opaque, murky mahogany and a small off-white head. Bubbly. Disappears after a few seconds. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, sugary and malty odor mingling with a bit of metallic alcohol. Brown sugar, toffee and singed caramel. Dark alcohol.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oil, soft, slightly voíscous, almost flat texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong sourish bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet and on the verge of being sugary. Lingering. Finish is sweet and boozy.
Got the alcohol and the sweetness about right.
