Poured from a 16oz undated can.
On the pour 3-4 fingers of white head forms with some larger bubbles in the head. Head retention seems decent and the foam structure is very good. The body is so hazy it is opaque and is a yellow-orange color. Honestly it looks just like OJ. I'll be honest I found some yeasty chunks in the bottom of the can, so who knows how old this really is.
Aroma is incredibly hoppy with sweet tangerine and floral aromas. It honestly smells quite incredible. You've got to smell it for yourself to get the sweet wall of hops that is coming off this beer.
Flavor doesn't quite follow the aroma exactly, as it is more complex, and honestly more subdued than the aroma. Up front there is a slightly malty and yeasty flavor and sweetness that quickly gives way to some bright and fruity hops flavors. The hops are less floral than in the aroma with mostly bright and slightly tart citrus flavors. In the finish there is a hind of your classic resinous hop. This is honestly very unique and refreshing, with a surprisingly low bitterness.
The feel is full but not heavy. There is a slight dryness, but it is also quite mouthcoating. Despite that it is very drinkable, but that is mostly due to the flavor.
Overall this beer really is very unique and honestly pretty incredible. Hoppy, sweet, fruity, and full, all while maintaining a VERY low bitterness. Not only does it look like OJ, but it reminds me of it too. For those that love hop aromas and flavors, but not the bitterness.
