Hærvejs Sol is a delicate pale ale with a good amount of aromatic hops.
The beer is a perfect summer beer, but can also be drunk all year round.

Rindby 13/7 2020. 50 cl bottle from Kvickly, Østergade, Middelfart. Yellow version of HumlepraXis’ usual design. Green hop-flowers in the corner.
Pours hazy, dirty, brown-ish orange with a big white head. Fairly stable. Settles as 1 cm thick, uneven, frothy layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Massive lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a strong citric, hoppy odor and a more subdued, sweet maltiness. Citrus and grape fruit. A bit acerbic. Grass and sour berries. A bit of caramel rummaging in the background.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, watery,, lively tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger, citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter but a little thin. Lingers shortly. Semi-dry finish.
Citric and fairly pleasant and not without a bitter bite.
