Tea-coloured, clear. White, high head with an incredibly long retention time. Made up of tiny bubbles, it resembles whipped cream. It nicely "stains" the glass.
Intense, hoppy-fruity aroma with a slight hint of caramel in the background.
The flavour is delicately sweet (malty) with a distinct hoppy bitterness in the finish.
Medium carbonation. Smooth texture. Medium plus body. Medium-long, dry, hoppy aftertaste.
