Bought fresh from the brewery. Poured a pale gold color with a 3 CM white head that reduced fast to a surface covering thin light lace. Medium-low carbonation. Very faint odors of grassy fruity sweetness. Light and thin up front then the light body releases a faint apple/pear fruityness and suble tartness...like a weak malty cider. Finishes fast, thin and cleanly with very little aftertaste (just a slight metallic effect). An average tasting beer...a bit thin and flat for my tastes.

Yes, there is a bit of cream balanced with hops. A bit sweet. Not offensive but an average beer. Bit of head. Attractive golden yellow colour. Ok with a burger. Better than national brands but could not finish it myself. No competition for neighbour Creemore.
