Belgian Dubbel - Hopped with Mosaic.
Dark and strong Belgian ale, but at the same time round, soft and slightly spicy. The Mosaic hops, added in large quantities, give a lovely soft blend of tropical and fruity flowers.
A soft and warm embrace that touches the heart with a seductive exotic scent of distant shores.

Copenhagen 13/10 2017. 50 cl bottle from Østerbro Vin & Spritus, Østerbrogade, Kbh. Ø. Some gnarly tree on the label.
Pours slightly hazy red hued amber with small white head. Settles as thin layer of foam barely covering the surface of the beer. No lacing to speak of.
Aroma is very light. Fruity and lightly tart. Caramel and lightly burnt malt in the background.
Light carbonation and surprisingly thin palate.
Flavor is Strongly sweet but with decent balance due to a sourish bitterness. Aftertaste is tart.
Nice enough brew that manages to hide a fairly high ABV behind tart fruitiness. But not much in common with an Belgian Dubbel.
