On draught at the brewery.
A chocolate Nitro Stout with a mesmerizing cascading micro bubble head forming show on the pour.
A substantial pillowy head with high retention, and substantial curtain lacing.
The nose and flavor is of dark roasted caramelized barley malt, rich tasting and cocoa chocolate, nibs, a bit earthy. Bitterness is very enjoyable. The mouthfeel is a light to medium, the finish is pleasant and fairly dry. A subtle tanginess while the cocoa flavors linger.
A very creamy and smooth Nitro Stout.
