Have you had enough of hazy IPAs? Craving a good old Old School IPA? Then Codename MOL is the answer!
Lots of hops are used on this beer - and also during the brewing process. Hence this full and bitter appearance. And of course it is dry-hopped beyond all common sense.
This beer is dedicated to Morten “MOL” Andersen.

Frederiksberg 23/2 2022. 40 cl from tap at Tap 21, H. C. Ørstedsvej, Frb. C.
Pours unclear amber with a mid-sized white head. Settles as thin but consistent layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of stone fruit mingling with a citric scent. Ripe peach and mango. Mild grapefruit and lime.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, watery, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
A inconspicuous nose but a fine bitter flavor.
