Light pink colour with slight haze. White, quite substantial head, initially reducing quite quickly, then settling down.
Distinctly malty, grainy and fruity aroma – mainly red fruits. The aroma is sweet and sour at the same time.
Fruity flavour (raspberry, strawberry, passion fruit) sour with a hint of stone fruit bitterness.
Medium carbonation. Low body. Round texture. Medium-long, sour aftertaste.
