A 500ml bottle with a BB of April 2018. Purchased a while back from ALDI. Described on the label as a collaborative brew between Arundel and Wild Heaven brewery in Georgia, USA. The result is an American pale ale hopped with varieties from the Northern and Southern hemispheres.
A: Poured into a pint mug. A rich, hazy orange-amber hue with good carbonation and some light floating sediment. Produces a large head of creamy white foam that lasts for a few minutes before subsiding to a patchy surface layer. Nice lacing.
S: Aroma of grassy, fruity hops with hints of mild citrus, subtle herbs, hay, spice, leafiness, caramel malt, faint barley sugar, ale yeast and faint earthiness. Hoppy and nicely balanced, with a decidedly English character.
T: Tastes of grassy, leafy hops with notes of hay, mild herbs, subtle citrus, spice, caramel, grainy malt, barley sugar, ale yeast and a vague earthiness in the background. Quite sweet, followed by a modest leafy bitterness upon swallowing.
M: Mouthfeel is smooth and tingly, with lively carbonation and good body. Lightly astringent. Aftertaste of grassy hops, hay, leafiness, sweet caramel malt and ale yeast.
O: Pretty good; a well-balanced pale ale with an understated hoppy character. Looks great, while the aroma and flavour showcase grassy hops, leafiness, caramel malt and ale yeast. Lovely body. Not quite your typical APA, but goes down very nicely nonetheless. Worth trying if you come across it.

Pint at JDW Sutton, Surrey.
A: Bronze colour, clear, small head, decent retention, lots of lacing.
S: Initial earthy aroma put me in mind of beers brewed with Fuggles hop, later on there was a more citrus like American aroma.
T: Strong hints of grapefruit, notes of wheat and lime.
M: Smooth texture, not much carbonation.
O: Overdid the bitterness slightly, more Kentish than American pale ale, OK but not particularly memorable.
