A: opaque; very dark brown - almost black; 1 finger finely pored light brown head that receded to a wispy cap with a thick, tight collar; very little lacing;

S: bittersweet chocolate with some roasted grain;

T: deeply roasted grain up front; some bittersweet chocolate mixes in at the middle; back to deeply roasted grain on the moderately bitter finish; slight floral note in the aftertaste;

M: medium bodied; moderate carbonation; moderately dry finish;

O: nicely done; nice balance of flavors;
