The beer is brewed with pilsner and wheat malt. Genuine champagne yeast is used.
The bitterness in the beer comes from a fine German aroma hop. The foam is white and dense, the color is very light. The taste is sweet and sour, almost vinous. Despite the fact that the alcohol percentage is 7.1, it is easy to drink.
Enjoy chilled and is perfect as a welcome drink or with barbecue on a hot summer day.

Copenhagen 11/6 2017. 50 cl bottle from Spar in Karrebæksminde. The Coat of Arms from the City of Næstved on the label.
Pours hazy pale yellow with small bubbly white head. Settles as thin patchy layer of foam. No lacing.
Aroma is lightly sour. Unripe gooseberries, citrus and currants. A touch of alcohol.
Low carbonation and medium thick palate.
Flavor is much on the sweet and boozy side. Medium to heavy sweetness followed by sharp sour bitterness. Aftertaste is sour sweet.
Kind of boozy . But that is probably ok - as it’s name is after all Party Beer.
