Pours hazy golden yellow with big white head. Settles as 1 cm thick layer of foam.
Aroma if fruity and sweetish. Pear, peach and lightly sweet malts. Some Belgian inspiration in the moldy basement department.
Medium strong carbonation and watery palate.
Flavor has distinct sweetness followed by light bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a light spicy touch of bitterness.
Refreshing despite its sweetness. A good fit for the summer at Enø.
