Mompracem is a DDH session, a top-fermented beer made from 100% pale malt. Dry-hopped with Nelson Sauvin, Ekuanot, Mosaic, and Amarillo. A very drinkable beer with a low alcohol content, designed for summer. Light-bodied and easy to drink, it offers citrus, tropical, and herbaceous notes on the nose. Mompracem is not filtered or clarified. It's a lively beer, where the yeasts naturally present in the can determine the product's evolution over time. Store refrigerated.

440 ml can coded "Da consumarsi preferibilimente entro: L45 01/06/26" and sampled on 28/11/25
Notes via stream of consciousness: This is a double dry hopped session beer at 4.1% ABV. It's unfiltered and unpasteurized. The body is a hazy straw gold beneath a short head of white foam that holds well. The aroma is quite citrusy and piney! Not surprisingly, the taste follows. There's a whole lot of hops to it without a whole lot going on in the base malt. It's lightly sweeetish, grainy, and a touch bready but the hops are the star of the show here. A touch of apple helps to round it out but the beautiful combination of citrus and pine still wins. It's solidly bitter and dry in the finish with the citrus quickly fading but the pine lingering for quite some time. In the mouth it's light-medium in body and crisp. For a beer of just 4.1% it packs a flavorful punch. The head didn't last forever but it left excellent lacing behind, garnering it a 4.25 out of 5 for appearance. Nicely done!
