An American-inspired pale ale with generous hops. The beer is brewed in a cheerful collaboration with Bornholm craft brewers.

Copenhagen 28/3 2020. 50 cl bottle from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. The label looks like som Soviet era propaganda. Young women in working clothes surrounded by stylized corn ears and a sun in the background. The version I am drinking has a ABV of 4,9.
Pours unclear amber with a small white head. Settles as a 0,5 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense, malty sweet and with a sharp sourness rummaging in the background. Caramel, sugar, bread, cardboard. Sharp citric notes.
Fairly strong carbonation. Thin, oily, lively texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by medium strong, slightly harsh bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter-ish. Lingers for a bit. Semi-dry finish.
Not terrible - but not terrible interesting either.
