Pilsner-style lager beer whose origins date back to the mid 19th century . In our pilsner we confront barley malt with the best varieties of Polish and Czech plantations. Complex maltiness, strong bitterness, floral hop aromas and bottom fermentation is the hallmarks of this beer.

Katowice 5/10 2019. 50 cl on tap at Brouwar Mariacki Brewery & Restaurant
Pours unclear yellow with s medium-sized white head. Setlles as thin layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with sweet malts, fruitiness and caramel. Mango and peach. Citrus and Grape fruit. Very light roast.
Light carbonation. Thin, watery almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by a medium strong, lightly citric bitterness. Lingers for a bit. Semi dry finish,
Reminds me more of APA than Pilsener.
