The Bionda Tigullio Santa Rita pale ale is brewed from the purest springs in the Graveglia Valley, in the province of Genoa. Statale is a small hamlet in the municipality of Ne, where the Santa Rita water bottling plant, the most popular water in Genoese homes from the 1960s to the 1990s, was historically located.
Bionda Santa Rita is a bottom-fermented craft beer with an intense yet delicate aroma.

Sestri Levante 16/7 2024. 33 cl bottle from the local Bakery. Yellow label in a modernistic sixties style with a Modern building complex with mountains in the background.
Pours unclear, golden yellow with a small white head. Stable. Settles as thin but unbroken layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with a sourish, citric scent. Pale malts and white bread. Whiff of lemon.
Light carbonation. Thin, watery and lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a sourish undertone. Lingers for s bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Another sweetish Italian Lager beer.
