Copenhagen 10/10 2025. 44 cl can from Meny, Vermlandsgade, Kbh. S. Steel can with a little label where blue fades into green.
Pours opaque hay golden yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as a thin, almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet slightly perfumed, floral odor mingling with tart citrus fruit. Sweet peach, rose petals and a whiff of mango. Lemon and lime.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger tart bitterness- Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Solid French NEIPA.
