Marielyst 15/10 2025. 44 cl can from Meny, Vermlandsgade, Kbh. S. Metallic can with a small transparent label with name and style of the beer in Black letters.
Pours opaque hazy, pale yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as a thin, creamy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a light sweet odor of ripe Stone fruits mingling with a stronger citric scent. Settles peach and apricot. Citrus and lime. Zesty.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavoris fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a slightly stronger tart bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a notable citric streak. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Fine, smooth and bitter.
