This 500ml bottle conditioned golden ale was poured into my Abbot Ale glass tankard carefully so as not to disturb the sediment, so I got a truely golden beer with a huge white crown of bubles on top.
The beer is clearly well carbonated because it never stopped releasing bubbles that climbed up from the base of my glass to the roof.
The aroma is a mix of yeasts and citruy hops with hints of bicuity malts in there somewhere too.
The taste is fairly dry, citrusy, grapefruits, but not sour. The malt content seems to hide away somewhat although the beer isn't unbalanced. This is a refreshing golden ale and so, so easy to drink.
