Draught @ Papago Brewery

The beer pours a light “Chill Hazed” golden amber color, the head portly in size, the texture creamy and the color an off white, as it dissipates a fine concealing sheet of lace forms on the glass. Nice touch of wheat and yeast in the nose, sweet and light citrus as in lemon like noticed, “No” I don’t do the “Lemon Thing”, start quite sweet, and top light to medium in its feel. Finish is crisp in its acidity, hops pleasant and understated, dry aftertaste, a pleasing to the palate beer.
