For our next IPA at the Pilot Brewery, our brewers chose the trendy New England Style IPA. Unlike the bitter, piney West Coast style, this hazy IPA is hop-forward with intense tropical, citrus, and stone fruit flavors from five hop varieties. Wheat and oats give it a soft, pillowy mouthfeel, and its haze comes from grain protein, hop oils, and starch from the oats.

On tap at the brewery. White head with lace. Hazy golden color.
Juicy, tropical, but also hoppy. Mango, papaya, melon. Floral, earthy, and light bitter finish.
