Golden colour, clear. White head, made up of fine bubbles, high and persistent. It gently coats the glass.
Medium intensity aroma, malty, grainy, but also cellar-like.
The flavour is slightly sour with a moderately dry finish. Over time, the bitterness gains strength and becomes more pronounced.
Medium carbonation. Full-bodied. Smooth, rounded texture. Long, dry, malty aftertaste.
