Dark, burgundy colour, almost clear. Pink foam, dissipates fairly quickly, leaving no trace.
Very strong aroma, cherry, sour, almond, sweet, wine with a delicate aroma of wood.
Definitely sour taste, slightly tart, astringent with a bitter finish. The bitterness has the character of fruit pits and wood.
The alcohol is perfectly hidden. High carbonation. Rough texture. Medium body. The aftertaste is very long, sour, fruity with a stone fruit and wood bitterness in the background.
