On gravity at Bree Louise, London.
Garnet black with no head – typical of a gravity pour. Blackberry, ash, and a touch of molasses on the nose.
Dark plum and some Demerara sugar plus a hint of sarsaparilla bark at the end.
Chambord finish and tart berry skin linger. Soft, round, light to medium.
Black currants! Gentle fruity mild with no black malt acid, which deprives it of balance. Easy, but a bit too lightweight and Ribena.
