Tap pour in a goblet glass. Served chilled.
Black colored body. Tan head which becomes a partial cap. Leaves behind torn web lacing.
Aroma of dark roasted malts with definite rye whiskey barrel influences.
Taste follow the nose with sweet and spicy notes. Dark roasted chocolate malts, spicy rye, whiskey barrel, oak, and vanilla. All fade together in the aftertaste.
More than medium mouthfeel. Smooth and spicy, with late dryness from the oak. Good carbonation.
Tasty iteration of a rye barrel aged high gravity stout.
