Marielyst 16/10 2025. 33 cl bottle from Min Købmand, Lupintorvet, Bøtø. A grinning saxophone player on the black and white label.
Pours unclear golden amber with a big and fluffy white head. Settles as a 1 cm thick layer of foam obscuring the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a sweet odor ripe stone fruit mingling with citrus fruit. Peach and apricot. Citrus and lemon.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively and tingling texture. A bit fizzy.
Flavor is moderately intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is lightly bitter. Lingers for a bit. Finish is rather dry.
Fine, zesty and dry brew - in a subdued way.
