Copenhagen 30/11 2025. 33 cl bottle from Din Købmand, Lupintorvet, Bøtø. Some quickly but elegant drawn hop fowers on the black and white label.
Pours unclear - almost opaque - golden amber with a small white head- Stable. Settles as a thin, patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet malty for mingling with a bit of citrus and butter. Sweet pale malts, bread and a bit of sugar. Citrus and lemon. Off-smell of butter.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is lightly bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Refreshing and not too bitter. Cold do with out the hint of butter.
