473ml can poured into tulip.
Pours a clear straw yellow with one finger of bone white head that leaves some scattered suds as it recedes.
Smells of bready pale malt, apple skin, mild lemon zest and fresh cut grass.
Tastes of fresh bread, more pomme fruit and zesty citrus, a little spicy yeast and more grassy noble hops.
Feels light and perky. Light bodied with zippy carbonation. Finishes off-dry.
Verdict: Recommended. A perfectly serviceable liquid salute to Canada's Air Force.
