Reclaimed Rye with Ethiopian Coffee. On tap at the Brick Store.
A - Deep amber, one finger cream head. Collar left good lacing.
S - Fruity and Spicy rye, with earthy coffee notes in the back ground. Very balanced.
T - nutty spice, with a real subtle coffee note.
M - dry, dissipating and quaffable.
O - Alan incredibly balanced and flavorful amber ale. I thought the coffee could have clashed with the rye, but this was fantastic.
