Tasty but not so much of a pale ale as a good IPA in my opinion. Hoppier than Tropicalia with stronger grapefruit flavors, very fruity with additional strong juicy citrus flavors. Well balanced for those who like the hoppy beers. Dry finish and refreshing.

On tap at the brewpub in Athens.
Cloudy pale golden body with a decent, semi-durable white head.
Medium body and lightly prickly carbonation.
Strong hop aroma and flavor for style. In fact, the hop flavor is medium strength for an IPA. Moderately bitter.

On draft, at a bowling alley! Looks pale gold. Smells good, get lemon and pineapple. Tastes is vibrant and juicy, like the first coulpe chews of Big League Chewing gum. Coats the tongue. Some bite on the back, but not offensive. On third Pint. If you like Pale Ales, this is a win.
Very good, fr fr!

I'm really loving these new releases from CC! Pours a very hazy pineapple juice yellow with white head. Smells of citrus and hops. Creamy mouthfeel with good carbonation. Taste follows the nose, I picked up some resinous taste in the middle that flowed seamlessly to the dry pithy citrus. Lovely beer!

This review is of the 2016 Release; higher ABV at 5.9% and brewed with New Zealand Hops. Sadly I could not submit this release since the "retired" version was in the BA system.
Draft poured at brewer, nice carbonation and descent head. Smell of lots fruits and hops. Taste follows nose with a slight pepper hit at back of palate. Hurry- not to be missed and definitely out of retirement!!

Lighter rye pale ale hopped with Motueka and Nelson Sauvin. Limited availability (taproom only).
A: hazy yellow/orange with a creamy white head
S: light citrus, lots of tropical fruit, lemon, black pepper
T: a sort of fruitiness (can't place my finger on exactly what), refreshing tropical notes, some slight white wine flavors, a little black pepper complements the rye spice well. Tasty!
M: smooth and medium-light, creamy mouthfeel with gentle carbonation
O: really good experimental New Zealand hop pale ale. Another hit from creature comforts. Wouldn't mind seeing this in cans full time.
