I had this on tap at the See the Stars release.
See the Sunrise is See the Stars treated with 1000 Faces Cold Brew coffee.
Small mocha-colored head with little retention. The bourbon characteristics are much more subtle, especially on the nose. Coffee didn't really come through on the nose like I expected, but it's definitely there on the taste. Still get all the goodness of the bourbon and maple, but with a bit of the coffee on the back-end. The feel was maybe a bit thinner than See the Stars, but still quite thick and velvety.
I personally love coffee, so I preferred Sunrise to Stars, but they are both amazing brews. I hope they make more See the Sunrise in the future.
