Sample at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2017, green session. Hazy blood orange color. Aroma has acetic notes, balsamico and some bitter stonefruit pits. Taste is tart, fruity and astringent.

Poured from a 350 mL bottle at the Curious 8 event. Appearance is bright blue/purple in color with minimal yet creamy head (very nice). Taste is moderately jammy and musty blueberries with a hint of oak. There is some sweetness, but it is fairly dry overall. Moderate tartness comes through on the finish that is not overwhelming. This is an excellent fruited sour that is extremely well balanced and refreshing. Body and carbonation is moderate to light. The combination of jammy fruit and tartness/funk is almost perfect ... up there with some of the best fruited sours that I have tasted. Well done.
