Athena Ticonderoga is a special blend of Athena brewed with pineapple and lemon, made (at least originally, who knows if it'll show up other places or events) for Ticonderoga Club at Krog Street Market in Atlanta.
The color is a hazy yellow, and the nose was mostly that of lemon. The taste featured virtually no pineapple, which was a bummer, and for whatever reason I got a soapy-lemon Pledge taste on it. Unfortunate. The feel though was mostly that of regular Athena, prickly and dry and true to style.
All in all, it was a pretty disappointing Athena variant, my least favorite thus far, but I'm never one to count one out based off of one pour. I'd gladly go back for another to give it another try, or get a pour during a tour if this were ever featured again.
