Stay Gold is a delicious beer that good aroma and a hearty taste. It had enough of a hop presence to satisfy me. I make it a habit to pick up a 4-pack when I can.

This beer looked true to the style with a hazy golden body . The head was about two fingers thick. The smell was citrus fruits and cut hay. The taste was juicy, citric, and acidic. The malts provided a sweet backbone. The finish was fruity and long. The body felt somewhat creamy, and the mouthfeel was soft. A good offering from Creature Comforts goes without saying.

Pours a vibrant, hazy light orange with at least two fingers of somewhat airy, off-white head. It has decent retention and leaves some modest, soap-bubble lacing.
Lovely, refined citrus aroma (clementine, tangerine). Maybe some slight dough, grass, cilantro and other herbs.
The taste is similarly refined. I get more grapefruit here in the citrus component. There’s again a slight touch of dough, and then some dull grassiness.
The mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
The refined flavors here drink almost like an APA. The citrus element is really well done, and there’s a nice balance between that and the dull grassy bitterness. Better than expected.
